Instant Rec: Audio Recorder & Voice Recording App Reviews

Great recording app. Used to be great to recording and thru a bit of maneuvering in I Tunes you could download recordings. Now with contacting the company and newer iTunes versions I cant figure out how to get large files off of my phone let alone the company to respond to my questions multiple times about how to do it. If I pay for your product you should offer support hence my star review! Contact me please! Check your email AGAIN. They are in the Netherlands so its no wonder things take forever. Also I have had recordings just "quit" after a meeting and not know why but others record longer even though I have the space. What is going on here?!

Need updated instruction on moving recordings to computer via itunes using most current version of ios and itunes for Windows. Two requests for help to developer yielded no response.
