I have emailed customer service 3 times for an answer to a simple question: how do I transfer recordings to ITunes and/ or my windows desktop. No answer to any of my inquiries. Rotten service.

As a tool for a songwriter, this app is perfect. One button and get that idea down before it evaporates. Super.

App works great!! Getting data out and/ or docs on where data is stored would be of great!!! Assistance! How-to pull data via itunes, touchcopy, or export to dropbox is strongly recommended/ desired. Thank you!

This app locks up and will not work with the IOS6 update. Please fix. I like your app.

This app was exactly what I had been looking for until I upgraded to iOS 6 today. Hopefully there will be an upgrade soon that will make it function as well as it did before. Barely functional at the moment!

This application was great until I upgraded to the IOS 6 and now it freezes. The owners have to twit this application to make it compatible with the IOS 6 and this needs to be done very soon.

It was great after the update! Thanks a lot! I love it! It is so helpful for my homework. One thing though, I cant use the keyboard to rename a file. Is that anyone elses problem?

One of my students with dyslexia needs his tests read to him. I record each question on this great app, and on test day, I email it to him. While the rest of the class reads their tests, he uses earphones on his laptop to listen to me asking each question as he reads along on the hard copy and writes his answers on it. After the test, I delete the recording from his computer and email files. Its a godsend!

Im now getting more out of my phone by leaving myself a quick voice capture and dealing with whatever it is at a more convenient time.

I like the sound quality of this application. Too bad that you cannot expletives what you record to any place where you can share it with someone else besides email or Twitter. This makes it a very limited application for cases like my own being a professional musician. I recorded a song at one of my band rehearsals and unfortunately I was unable to share that recording with any band members. This was because I cannot send the file to anyones email because it is over 20 MB This application would be very useful if one could actually find where the audio file is recorded inside the iPhone and be able to extracted from there and perhaps burn it to a CD or at least put it in a USB pen drive.

No way to offload or send files bigger than what email can handle. Worthless if you need the recording on anything other than an IPad. I want money back, not to mention my time.

The most recent update of Instant Audio Recorder is NOT working with my iPhone. I used it consistently in the past and it worked like wonderfully, but 4.0 has a bug that seems like it is recording but then loses the audio recording after you stop and save. The iPad version works just fine, but the iPhone version has a bug. I do hope they fix it soon.

Needed to do a last minute voice recording for a project my daughter had at school. Time from download of the app to delivery of the project to her teacher was about 15 minutes - just that easy to use! Good connectivity to Dropbox and email made delivering the project a snap! Good stuff.

I am having the same problem LouisR is having on my iPhone. After last 2 releases it looks like I have captured a 15 to 20 minute recording at my rehearsal! Then when i get home and try to play it I discover the file fragment has lost everything. The old versions worked flawlessly. I set my program to not start recording until i command it to record.
